Using Tulo

By using Tulo, you agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully. If you do not agree, do not use the tools.

If you are below the age at which you can consent to online services in your jurisdiction, use Tulo only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts

If you create or use an account, keep access to your sign-in method secure and do not allow someone else to use your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or content has been used without permission.

What you may not do

You may not use Tulo to break the law, distribute malware, phish or impersonate others, harass people, infringe intellectual property, distribute unlawful or abusive material, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls.

Your content and links

You are responsible for the URLs, text, settings, and other content you submit. Do not submit passwords, payment information, confidential business material, or personal information that you do not have permission to share.

Public names and links are references, not access credentials. Anyone who receives or guesses one may be able to read or open the associated content. Tulo does not promise that a name or link will remain private or available.

Third-party destinations

Tulo may display or redirect to websites and services operated by other people. Their content, availability, privacy practices, and security are their responsibility. Review their terms and privacy notices before using them.

Removal and account access

We may remove content, disable a counter, suspend an account, or limit access when we believe it is necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law. You may stop using Tulo or request account deletion by contacting hello@tulo.in.

Service availability

Tulo is provided as an evolving collection of small tools. Features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued. Counts and analytics are estimates and should not be treated as authoritative records.

Intellectual property

Tulo and its original branding, interface, and software belong to their respective owners. You keep rights to content you submit, while giving Tulo the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and deliver that content as part of the tool you selected.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tulo is provided without guarantees about availability, accuracy, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Tulo is not liable for indirect losses, lost content, or damage resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the laws that apply to you.
