Create a QR code for a link, text or Wi-Fi network

Generate a static QR code without an account, choose its size, then download PNG or SVG. URL mode encodes a complete web address; Text preserves your content; Wi-Fi mode builds a network code with optional hidden-network settings. Generation happens in your browser.

  • URL, text and Wi-Fi QR codes
  • PNG and SVG downloads up to 2048 px
  • Image size and error correction controls

Common questions

Are these QR codes free, and do they expire?

Generation and downloads are free. A static code has no expiry built into it, but an encoded destination can stop working. For example, an expiring clipboard link still expires even when shared as a QR code. Printed codes cannot be edited here.

Can I create a Wi-Fi QR code?

Yes. Enter the network name, choose WPA/WPA2, WEP or No password, and enter a password when required. Hidden networks are supported. The network name must fit within 32 UTF-8 bytes. Anyone who scans the code can read its Wi-Fi credentials.

Which download format and size should I use?

PNG is useful for sharing as an image; SVG can be scaled for print. Downloads support 256, 512, 1024 and 2048 px, with a clear border retained around the code. Content is limited to 1,800 UTF-8 bytes, and higher error correction can reduce capacity. Test the code before printing.
